Your privacy is important to us and we will only collect and process your personal information where you have consented. We will only use your personal information for purposes associated with your use of this website. From time to time we may update you with details of new products or sale items and we will use your personal information to communicate this. We will not sell or knowingly provide your personal information to third parties unless you have given us your consent. 


All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Payment must be made in full at the time you request an order from us. Acceptable payment methods include debit card and credit card. If there is a problem with collecting payment we will contact you to make alternative arrangements to avoid having to cancel your order.


We deliver products within New Zealand only. If we are unable to make delivery to an address you have provided we will notify you to make alternative arrangements. Delivery fees are in addition to the prices for our products and will be clearly displayed in New Zealand dollars at checkout. We try to keep delivery costs reasonable and aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of confirmation.


Thanks for shopping at Soulful NZ Ltd. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You may return the item as long as the original packaging is intact and the product has not been used. We require your receipt as proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
